Scouting for Food

Nov 4th - Post-it Distribution in Germantown area neighborhoods

Nov 11th - Food Collection

Oct 1st - Dec 16th - Virtual Food Drive

Scouting for Food (SFF) is our council's largest annual community service project to help feed families in need by collecting non-perishable food and distributing it to local food pantries and food banks.

This year, there will also be a virtual campaign where donations can be made on-line and the food will be delivered to Manna Food Bank. Click here for our virtual food drive. Family Fun Hike-A-Thon - October 28, 2023

 

Join Pack 1199 on Saturday, October 28th at Black Hills Regional Park for our Annual Family Hike-A-Thon!

Please confirm your Den's specific meeting time and location with your Den Leaders.

The Hike-A-Thon is an event designed to give Scouts the opportunity to support Pack 1199 while at the same time promoting physical fitness and citizenship. Each scout is expected to raise at least $60 in donations.

Recommended Mileage:

• Lions and Tigers: 1 Mile
• Wolves: 2 Miles
• Bear: 3 Miles
• Webelos and AOL: 4 Miles
