PACK 1199 NEWS BRIEFS May 2010

Pack 1199 Anglers Enjoyed The Day

On May8th, several of our scouting families attended the District Fishing event at Black Hill Regional Park.   Several of the scouts caught fish and they all got practice casting their lines and perfecting their technique!

We-be-Scientists!

On May 16th, Dr. Marlene Dressman (Den 2 Parent) invited our Webelos Scouts to her laboratory at Vanda Pharmaceuticals.   Through experiments and presentations the scouts completed all of the requirements for their Scientist Activity Pin and learned a lot about genetics.  It was a great experience and we thank Dr. Dressman for putting this together!!!
